A few tips on what you can do about it. Even if you can’t eat healthy food exclusively, you can take some steps towards it. Instead of chips or candy bars why not eat some fruits for lunch? Replace that bottle of soda with just plain water (or tea with no sugar) grab a salad instead of pizza. Exercise Often
How often? As often as you want as long as your body fully recovers. What exercise to do? Well, doing any exercise is better than not doing any at all, so just do something! For best weight loss results you want to do different exercise at different intensity levels. However increased intensity requires adequate conditioning, so as a rule of thumb if you can’t run for 30 minutes, forget varied intensity. The mistake people make with the weight loss supplements is they think the supplements will help them lose weight on their own, and that’s just not the case.
