Does acai help you lose weight? The answer is yes, there are several ways in which acai berry helps you lose weight. Detox - a process of eliminating toxins from your body, is one of them. Detoxifying will make you feel healthier and have more energy. Acai berry capsules also contain appetite suppressants (depends on a brand though, but many do) which makes it easier to get started on a diet (or not cheat on one) A diet is crucial to weight loss, and acai berry makes it easier to stick to it, so while not directly a weight loss benefit of acai, it is still an important side benefit you get from acai berry capsules.
The other side benefit is a boost in energy levels.
