Acai Berry Products - What’s Better Juices Or Capsules?

Acai berry is one of the hottest supplements on the market today. Based on acai - small purple berries found in Amazon rain forests. There are lots of different brands and types of products. But which type of products is best? Juices or capsules? It’s a personal choice, but there are a few facts to consider.

While both types of products are based on the same main ingredient, they have different focuses. Acai juices are generally aimed at good nutrition - taking advantage of acai being the most nutritious food in the world with amazing amount of good elements, as well as the fact that it is one of the strongest antioxidants. Acai juices can be separated into two categories: pure acai juices and a blend of other juices added in.

Capsules on the other hand are for the most part focused on weight loss. All capsules contain added ingredients (from what I’ve seen at least) that are designed to help turn acai capsules into a weight loss pill. Most commonly added ingredients will result in an increased energy levels as well as in feeling less hungry (appetite suppressants.) Capsules will also generally be a slightly stronger antioxidant than juices.

As far as side effects go, acai berry itself has none (or at least none documented) it is after all a berry found in nature. Pure juices and likely most blends are also side effects free (so long as you don’t drink too much.) However, capsules often contain Guarana - added ingredient that acts as an appetite suppressant. Guarana contains caffeine as such any side effects associated with caffeine would also apply.

In conclusion, which acai berry product is best is a personal preference which will depend on your goals and what you are trying to accomplish. Juices make a great addition to any diet. While acai berry capsules are great at improving weight loss results.
